Customs fees

For orders to a non-EU destination, any customs fee, including taxes and duties, will be charged to the receiver.

Returns

Products discounted for SALE can't be returned fo any reason.

MaClò accepts returns for any reason within 14 days from the order delivery date. The returns costs are borne by the customer.

To return the goods you don’t want, follow the steps below:

Send an e-mail to info@maclo.it indicating your name, order number and the reason for the return.

Place the product in the original box, making sure it is in its original conditions, and send it back to the following address: MaClò, via Piacenza 6, 20135, Milan (Italy).

MaClò will refund you within 5 working days after receiving the product and verifying its conditions.

MaClò carries out a quality control on each item to prevent the customer from receiving defective products. Despite our care, if you find any damage you can report it to our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivering, by e-mail which certifying the defect.
Once the defect is confirmed, MaClò will assume all the costs associated with the replacement of the product.
