Shipping policy

MaClò ships all Internationally.

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping in Italy is free for all orders starting at €75. For orders of lower value, the cost of shipping is €6 for delivery in 48* hours (*processing times not included).

Shipping to EU and related markets is free for all orders starting at €150. For orders of lower value, the cost of shipping is €15 for delivery in 72* hours (*processing times not included).

Shipping to non-EU is free for all orders starting at €240. For orders of lower value, the cost of shipping is €20 for delivery in 7-14* working days (*processing times not included).

The “pick-up in store” option is free: after the online purchase, the customer will receive an email confirming the date when the purchased products will be available to be collected in store.

Customs fees

In the case of orders with destination outside the EU, any customs and tax obligations, including any payment of duties and charges to which the shipment is subject, are the responsibility of the recipient.
